Rakkenho and spirituality. Rakkenho is more than just a massage. Master Yugen says that Rakkenho leads to spirituality.
And in our Rakkenho manual it is written: “Rakkenho is the path to enlightenment. Rakkenho can lead you to liberation faster than chanting the sutras. "
Don't believe me? In vain! Let's reflect on this. What, as a rule, prevents people from taking the spiritual path?
First, you need to understand the terminology. What is the spiritual path? The path of the spirit, the path of our soul. The path of unity of soul, mind and body. When all our thoughts, words and deeds follow the call of the Spirit, the call of the Higher Consciousness. So? What prevents us from hearing the call of the soul? First of all, our sick and tired body and our restless mind. If the body suffers, the mind cannot be calm therefore a person cannot think about the soul, about something sublime, and even more so follow the sublime. The most important thing for him is the satisfaction of his basic physical needs.
Rakkenho helps a person, firstly, to feel his body, and secondly, he makes this body light, as it flushes out of the body all the toxins and blocks from all the nooks of our muscles, tissues and blood vessels. And, along with the physical, mental blockages leave the body. Then in our body, and as a result in our mind, a place is literally freed up for something more sublime. Have you had such an experience? Resentments, regrets, fears, rejection of ourselves and others are stuck in our body. When we bring them to the surface and release them, a great liberation happens! We breathe in deeply and are getting filled with colossal inner strength that makes everything possible. This is nothing more than reunification with your inner Self - this is spirituality! Gross physical sensations are replaced by subtle spiritual experiences!
The feet are called a kind of mind, there are the marma points of all organs of our body on them. By stimulating these points, we improve the functioning of the whole organism. Using our feet as a Rakkenho instrument, we set into operation the Ki energy, which fills not only the body of the giver, but also the body of the receiver with light. After Rakkenho massage, a person feels light and filled with prana or vital energy. Pain and stress go away, giving way to enthusiasm and joy of life.
When we give Rakkenho, we are not just physically affecting the partner's body. We concentrate on the partner, on his breathing, sensations in the body. This concentration leads to a meditative state of both the giver of the massage and the recipient.
With the practice of Rakkenho duality disappears, we begin to understand that my Self is inseparable from the Self of another person, thus we get a broad vision of this world.
